EXPERIENCE

Our extensive experience in this field places us in a position to assist you in the proper (and, perhaps only) selection of a coating material for your special need. Any anticipated performance of such a critical element of your project or proper material in the best possible manner. Our production mandate is only accomplished by our continuous monitoring by qualified staff personnel of all phases of work, from loading through pretreatment coating, baking, inspection, and plastic wrapping for shipment. The color consistency is most important and items indicating even slight minimums are returned for re-coating. We inventory a sample of each order.

PERFORMANCE

In meeting the required standards of AAMA with it’s self-imposed requisites for quality, Certified is willing to perform to the most exacting dictates of discerning coating manufacturers, including, among others, PPG, The Valspar Corporation, Akzo-Nobel, Tiger Drylac International Coatings, and Tenemec. Naturally, the performance of each, liquid or powder - and color availability - varies widely from product to product, and remember, there is no panacea. Each has its own strength as well as weakness as to the degree of protection being sought.

ADMINISTRATION

Our careful inventory control of your materials assures you will receive your complete order following the finishing phase. All materials are carefully tallied upon receipt and finally on removal from the production line. Any discrepancy is immediately apparent and the matter resolved. With such rigid requirements imposed on our employees, you will realize the individual dedication we give your order to meet our requirements.

SERVICE

Prompt servicing of your order guarantees performance and our ability to handle major work within your time constraints (usually 2 to 3 days) is a most valuable feature of our operation. Our wide selection of approved coatings and the ability to provide an in-house color match usually eliminates the cause for delay.
